Hansi Flick is hoping his side will bounce back from two poor showings when they host French side Brest on Tuesday.

Barcelona coach Hansi Flick has revealed his side will have to learn how to manage games better than they did in their last two games against Real Sociedad and Celta Vigo, where the Blaugrana picked up just a point, and he expects his side to respond when they host Brest in the Champions League on Tuesday.

‘They are a strong team and they play good set pieces. They also counter-attack well. He has to be strong in these areas and we have to have possession and control the game,’ Flick said of Brest, who have 10 points from their first four Champions League games.

Asked what he needed to improve after Saturday’s 2-2 draw with Celta Vigo, Flick said: ‘We have a young team, I think the youngest in the league, and it’s not always smooth. You have to be careful in certain situations throughout the 90 minutes. With 0-2 we had the advantage and with the red card, we should have defended better. We always want to play and attack, but sometimes it’s enough to control the ball and defend well. We don’t always have to play fast. ‘

‘In the league away games are very difficult and in the Champions League the fans are fantastic. I like the fans away because they create a great atmosphere. On Saturday the wind was not too strong either. It is no excuse but we have to deal with it.’

Asked if their shaken leadership would put doubt in his team, Flick replied: ‘I always think positively, that’s what I say. They are a young team and during the season it is normal to have these situations. For me, the important thing is to learn from them. ‘

‘The quality of the players is UFABET very high and it’s amazing to see what they can do in training. We have to show it on the pitch and we want to start showing it tomorrow, but the process of this young team is part of football. We are still leaders in La Liga, albeit with a smaller advantage, but any team would want to trade with us.’

Flick also stressed that he wanted his team to have more control of the game after a poor start to finish in their last game.

‘Sometimes when we win the ball back, sometimes we control it better and sometimes we just want to score the next goal, which is impossible, especially when playing away from home, and we have to learn that, go back and start again, that’s what we have to do.’
